Our Policies

A smooth booking experience starts with respecting the time, the space, and the creatives booking after you. Here's everything you need to know before your session.

Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance through https://www.wydshot.com/services . A 70% payment is required to secure your slot. Sessions booked on public holidays incur an additional 20% surcharge on the standard rate.

Cancellations

We require at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking incur a 40% fee

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable

  • No refunds for unused time, approved refunds are issued as wydSHOT studio credit, not cash

Your Time Includes Setup & Breakdown

Your booking time begins at your scheduled start time, not your arrival time so please arrive promptly. Please plan your actual session, outfit changes, setup, and content creation to fit within your reserved time.

Your final 15 minutes are for wrap-up only. It is for packing your gear, resetting the space, tossing trash, and making sure the studio is ready for the next booking. This buffer is not extra shoot time.

Overtime

Overtime is billed in 30 minute increments and settled at the end of your session, subject to availability. Let us know in advance if you think you'll need extra time. Overtime after 8:00 PM incurs an additional 40% surcharge.
